How to upgrade the firmware of an NVR/DVR using the Tools Software

Preparació:

1. Download the correct firmware for your NVR/DVR
2. Download the Tools software.
3. Ensure that the PC and the NVR/DVR are on the same network segment.

Procediments:

1. Open the Tools software and click Configuració de cerca.

2. Enter the device login password in the Contrasenya field. Then, click OK.

3. Feu clic Cerca to discover. If the entered password is correct, the camera status will appear as `En línia‘. If it says `Error a l'iniciar sessió‘, you will not be able to procced with the update.

4. Feu clic a Actualització button (the fourth button on the left panel).

5. Check the boxes for the devices you would like to update.

6. Feu clic Tria File to locate and select the appropriate firmware file.

7. Comproveu el Restableix box if required, then click Update.

8. After the firmware has been uploaded to the device, the upgrade will proceed. Do not close the tool until the update is completed.
9. Once the upgrade is successful, the Upgrade status will be ‘Actualització correcta'.
