Descripció del producte
The EU-R-8s Plus room regulator is designed for controlling heating devices. It works in conjunction with zone controllers and communicates wirelessly. The main function is to maintain the set room temperature by sending signals to the heating device when the desired temperature is achieved. Available in white or black color options, the controller features a large display, glass front panel, built-in temperature sensor, humidity sensor, floor sensor (optional), time heating program, manual mode, heating/cooling options, battery level indicator, signal strength display, pre-set temperature setting, and button lock function.

Instruccions d'ús del producte

1. Mostra informació:
   The current temperature is shown on the screen. Press EXIT to switch between temperature and humidity screens.
2. Mode manual:
   Adjust the pre-set temperature manually on the main screen using the buttons. To exit manual mode, hold the EXIT button.
3. Bloqueig del botó:
   Press Menu, select Loc function, choose yes or no for button lock, confirm by waiting 5 seconds or pressing Menu. To unlock buttons, hold both buttons until the padlock icon disappears.

ATENCIÓ! THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR CANNOT BE IMMERSED IN ANY LIQUID (OIL ETC). THIS MAY RESULT IN DAMAGING THE CONTROLLER AND LOSS OF WARRANTY! THE ACCEPTABLE RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF THE CONTROLLER’S ENVIRONMENT IS 5÷85% REL.H. WITHOUT THE STEAM CONDENSATION EFFECT.  THE DEVICE IS NOT INTENDED TO BE OPERATED BY CHILDREN.

• Activities related to setting and regulation of the controller parameters described in the Instruction Manual and parts wearing out during normal operation, such as fuses, are not covered by warranty repairs. The warranty does not cover damages arising as a result of improper operation or through the user’s fault, mechanical damage or damage created as a result of fire, flood,  atmospheric discharges, overvoltage or short-circuit. The interference of an unauthorized service, wilful repairs, modifications and construction changes cause the loss of Warranty. TECH controllers have protective seals. Removing a seal results in the loss of Warranty. The costs of uan njustifiable service call to a defect will be borne exclusively by the buyer. The unjustifiable service call is defi ned as a call to remove damages not resulting from the Guarantor’s fault as well as a call considered unjustifiable by the service after diagnosing the device (e.g. damage of the equipment through the fault of the client or not subject to Warranty), or if the device defect occurred for reasons lying beyond the device. In order to execute the rights arising from this Warranty, the user is obliged, at his own cost and risk, to deliver the device to the Guarantor along with a correctly filled-in warranty card (containing in particular the sale date, the seller’s signature and a description of the defect) and sales proof (receipt, VAT invoice, etc.). The Warranty Card is the only basis for repair free of charge. The complaint repair time is 14 days. When the Warranty Card is lost or damaged, the manufacturer does not issue a duplicate.

Hence, we have been entered into a register kept by the Inspection For Environmental Protection. The crossed-out bin symbol on a product means that the product may not be disposed of to household waste containers. Recycling of wastes helps to protect the environment. The user is obliged to transfer their used equipment to a collection point where all electric and electronic components.

El regulador funciona amb piles; es recomana revisar-les de tant en tant i substituir-les almenys una vegada cada temporada de calefacció.

DESCRIPCIÓ
The EU-R-8s Plus room regulator is intended for controlling the heating device. It cooperates with the zone controllers and communicates with them wirelessly. Its main task is to maintain the pre-set room temperature by sending a signal to the heating device informing that the pre-set temperature has been reached. Colour versions available: white or black Controller features:

• gran pantalla fàcil de llegir
• panell frontal fet de vidre
• sensor de temperatura integrat, sensor d'humitat i sensor de terra (opcional)
• programa de calefacció temporal

La temperatura actual es mostra a la pantalla. Per passar de la pantalla de temperatura a la pantalla d'humitat, premeu EXIT.

Mode manual

• The preset temperature may be adjusted manually in the main screen view utilitzant els botons  . Holding the EXIT button while in being in manual mode exits this mode.

Bloqueig de botons 

• after pressing the Menu button, the Loc function appears. Use one of the buttons     to select yes or no (enabling / disabling the button lock). In order to confirm, wait for about 5 seconds or press Menu. To unlock the buttons, hold both the buttons  fins que la icona del cadenat desaparegui.

COM REGISTRAR EL REGULADOR
In order to register the regulator in the main controller, go to Zones > Registration as described in the manual of the given controller. Next, briefly press the registration button in the EU-R-8s Plus regulator. After reg is displayed, briefly press the registration button again. If the registration process has been successful, SCs appears on the screen. If any errors occurred, the regulator displays Err. In order to register the regulator as a floor sensor, press the registration button twice.

NOTA

• Per registrar el regulador, cal desbloquejar els botons.
• Només es pot assignar 1 regulador a una zona.
• El regulador no es pot cancel·lar, sinó que només es pot desactivar.
• Si l'usuari intenta registrar un sensor en una zona diferent, el sensor no es registra de la primera zona i es registra a l'altra.

Holding the registration button on the controller for a few seconds will enable synchronization and consequently any change in the pre-set temperature in the main controller will automatically result in the same change in the regulator. Without synchronization, a change in the pre-set temperature in the main controller will cause a change in the regulator after a momentary delay. * Holding the registration button while turning the regulator on will calibrate the buttons.

COM CANVIAR LA TEMPERATURA PRESET
The pre-set temperature in the zone can be changed directly from the EU-R-8s Plus regulator using the buttons . Per fer-ho possible, el controlador ha d'estar registrat al controlador principal. Si el regulador mostra Una després d'un dels botons  is pressed, it means that the controller is not registered. It is possible to change the pre-set temperature in the screen view amb la temperatura preestablerta i actual, utilitzant els botons .

• Després de configurar la temperatura desitjada, la pantalla mostra l'hora en què s'aplicarà el valor de temperatura. Aquest temps es pot editar amb els botons .
• La funció OFF desactiva els paràmetres establerts manualment i vol dir que s'aplicaran els paràmetres resultants de la programació setmanal establerta al controlador principal.
• Si s'ha seleccionat Con, la configuració manual s'aplicarà permanentment independentment de la configuració de la programació.

Si la temperatura preestablerta és superior a la temperatura actual, la calefacció s'activa i apareix la icona de la flama. Aquesta icona no es mostra quan s'ha seleccionat la funció OFF.

FUNCIONS DEL MENÚ

Per entrar al menú del regulador, manteniu premut el botó Menú. A continuació, premeu aquest botó per canviar entre les funcions.
Calibració del sensor de temperatura

Aquesta funció permet a l'usuari comprovar el valor de calibratge del sensor de temperatura. El rang de configuració de calibratge és de -10 °C a +10 °C i es pot ajustar al controlador principal.

Configuració de fàbrica
La funció Fab permet a l'usuari restaurar la configuració de fàbrica. Quan s'ha seleccionat aquesta opció, la pantalla comença a parpellejar. Utilitzeu els botons per canviar l'últim dígit a 1. Per confirmar, espereu uns 5 segons o premeu el botó Menú.

Versió del programari
Aquesta funció permet a l'usuari comprovar la versió actual del programari. El número de versió és necessari per contactar amb el personal de servei.

P: Què he de fer si perdo la targeta de garantia?

A: If the Warranty Card is lost or damaged, the manufacturer does not issue a duplicate. Contact customer support for further assistance.

P: Amb quina freqüència he de substituir les bateries?

A: It is recommended to check the batteries periodically and replace them at least once every heating season to ensure proper functioning of the regulator.
