Mobile Phone Operation

1. Descarrega l'APP: Scan the provided QR Code to download the Marklife APP.
2. Connexió a l'aplicació:
   • Obriu l'APP Marklife.
   • Click “UNLINK” in the upper left corner.
   • Find your printer model (D100 Label Printer) and select it.
   • Important: Do NOT pair Bluetooth from your phone’s general settings. Only pair via the Marklife APP.
   • Nota: Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on before opening the APP and clicking “UNLINK” to find the printer.
3. Create Label:
   • Choose between two label styles: Continuous Label & Gap Label.
   • Select the correct size for your label.
   • NOTA: Please set the correct width and height; otherwise, the label will not print.

Windows – Printer Driver Installation

   • Ensure the printer is connected to the power supply and your computer, and is powered on.

Resolució de problemes

FCC Caution (for interference issues):

This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. If interference occurs, try the following measures:

• Reorienta o reubica l'antena receptora.
• Augmentar la separació entre l'equip i el receptor.
• Connecteu l'equip a una presa d'un circuit diferent d'aquell al qual està connectat el receptor.
• Consulteu el distribuïdor o un tècnic de ràdio/TV amb experiència per obtenir ajuda.

Common Printing Issues:

• La impressora no imprimeix:
  • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected correctly (via Bluetooth for mobile, or USB for computer).
  • For mobile, verify Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the printer is connected within the Marklife APP (not phone settings).
  • Check if the correct label width and height are set in the APP/software. Incorrect settings will prevent printing.
  • For a computer, ensure the driver is installed correctly and antivirus software is temporarily disabled during installation.
• Mala qualitat d'impressió:
  • Ensure you are using compatible labels.
  • Check for any obstructions or debris in the print head area.
