The Cybex Gold Eternis S offers three modes of use to accommodate your child's growth:

Mode de cara enrere
Suitable for infants from 4 lbs up to 50 lbs. Ensure the car seat is installed at the correct recline angle, indicated by the dual level indicators, and securely fastened using either the LATCH system or the vehicle's seat belt. Mode orientat cap endavant
Suitable for children from 22 lbs up to 65 lbs. The car seat must be installed using the vehicle's seat belt and top tether. Ensure the harness is properly adjusted to fit your child snugly.
Belt-Positioning Booster Mode
Suitable for children from 40 lbs up to 120 lbs. In this mode, the car seat uses the vehicle's seat belt to secure the child. The car seat's headrest should be adjusted so the vehicle's shoulder belt rests correctly across the child's shoulder.

Ajust de l'arnès
To adjust the harness height, squeeze the headrest adjustment lever and slide the headrest up or down until the shoulder straps are at or just above your child's shoulders for forward-facing, or at or just below for rear-facing. To tighten the harness, pull the adjustment strap located at the front of the seat. To loosen, press the harness release button while pulling the shoulder straps forward.

The car seat offers multiple recline positions. To recline the seat, locate the recline lever (usually at the front or side of the base) and pull it while simultaneously pushing or pulling the car seat to the desired angle. Ensure the recline indicator is within the acceptable range for your chosen installation mode.

The headrest can be adjusted to 12 positions. To adjust, squeeze the headrest adjustment lever located at the top of the headrest and slide it up or down. Ensure the headrest is positioned correctly for your child's height, aligning the shoulder straps as described above.
