Bluetooth Connection (iOS/Android/Windows)
For wireless printing from your smartphone or tablet, download the "NELKO" app from your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android). For Windows 7 or later, Bluetooth connectivity is also supported via the app. Mac users with M1/M2 CPUs should also use the app for Bluetooth connection.
Nota important: Devices must connect through the "NELKO" app and cannot pair directly via your device's Bluetooth settings.

USB Connection (Windows/Mac/Chrome OS)
For wired printing, connect the printer to your computer using the provided USB cable. For Windows 7 or later and Chrome OS, a USB connection is supported. For Mac OS, only USB connection is available; Bluetooth printing is not supported for Mac OS.

Printing from the App (Recommended for Mobile)
- Open the "NELKO" app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Ensure the printer is connected (indicated by a green light on the printer and "Connected" status in the app).

- If printing a logistics label, save it as a PDF from the logistics platform (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify) and then upload it to the "NELKO" app.
