Download the NIIMBOT app from the App Store or Google Play. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, but do not pair in system settings. Open the app and connect to the printer directly within the application interface.
This usually happens if the label roll is inserted upside down. Ensure the printing surface (usually the white side) is facing the print head. Also, check that the correct paper type is selected in the app.
