• Cada vegada que canvieu l'etiqueta, executeu la identificació automàtica de l'etiqueta.
• Premeu el botó d'alimentació de la impressora per saltar una etiqueta en blanc.
• Double click the feed button to print a test page.
• Eviteu les etiquetes de mala qualitat, ja que poden danyar la impressora.
• Netegeu regularment el capçal d'impressió.
• If the paper is jammed and the red light is flashing slowly, run the automatic label identification.
• Inseriu la impressora d'etiquetes al mateix port USB de l'ordinador cada vegada. Això evitarà crear còpies duplicades de la impressora al vostre sistema operatiu.

Preguntes freqüents

Q: Bluetooth won’t connect (using a phone as an example)

1. Standard troubleshooting steps:
   • Update the Labe life app to the latest version.
   • Restart the printer and the app.
   • Keep your phone within 10 meters of the printer, and ensure no other device is connected to it..
   • Test with another phone.
2. Phone detects the printer in Bluetooth settings, but the app doesn’t:
   • Unpair the printer in your phone’s Bluetooth settings →
     Restart the printer Search again in the app.
3. Neither the phone nor the app can find the printer:
   • Reset the printer:
     Turn it off→ Hold down the Feed button→ While holding it, turn the
     printer on → Release the button when the red light flashes →
     Wait for the blue light to stay on.
   • Reinicieu el telèfon i torneu-ho a provar.

Q: Printing stops and the red light flashes
The printer requires paper calibration.
Please turn the printer off and on, then hold the Feed button for 3 seconds to re-calibrate.

Q: Blank Print

The label paper may not be properly installed, or it is not thermal label paper.

Si us plau:

1. Place the printing side facing up.
2. Use thermal paper.

Q: Incomplete Print

The label size setting may not match the paper size.

Si us plau:

1. Set the label size in the app to match the actual label dimensions
   (e.g. 4×6 in/4×8 in) and reprint.
2. Download the Labe life App for custom editing.

AVIS DE SEGURETAT

• El capçal d'impressió pot estar molt calent després d'imprimir les etiquetes. No toqueu el capçal d'impressió.
• No doblegueu el cable d'alimentació excessivament ni col·loqueu objectes sobre el cable.
• No utilitzeu la impressora si trobeu alguna irregularitat, ja que podria provocar un incendi o una descàrrega elèctrica.
• Mantingueu la impressora fora de l'abast dels nens.
• Utilitzeu només accessoris homologats i no intenteu desmuntar, reparar la unitat per tu mateix.
• Manteniu la impressora allunyada de l'aigua i altres objectes que puguin penetrar als components.
• Si us plau, desconnecteu la impressora quan no s'utilitzi durant molt de temps.
