Configuració i instal·lació

   • Pair it inside the app (not in the phone’s Bluetooth menu).
   • When the app shows a green check, the printer is connected.

   • Open the top cover and correctly place the label roll (thermal side facing up).
   • Ensure the labels are aligned for smooth feeding.
4. Imprimeix
   • Choose or design your label in the app/editor and send it to print.

1. Paper Jam or App Alerts
   • Make sure the label is correctly loaded and straight.
   • Check that the paper size set in the app matches the actual label used.
   • Clean the print head and paper sensor with 75% alcohol pads if dusty.
   • Fully close the top cover until it clicks.

   • Indicates a paper jam or dirt affecting the print head — clean and reset.
