Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds until the indicator light flashes blue and red. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device, search for available devices, and select your CG Mobile headphone model (e.g., SP-V45 or TP18) to connect.
Place both earbuds into their charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will automatically turn off and begin charging, indicated by the built-in LED lights. When fully charged, the indicator lights will turn off.
Turn off Bluetooth on all connected devices and clear past pairing records. Remove the earphones from the charging case, quickly tap each earbud 5 times to trigger the reset prompt, and then follow the standard pairing instructions.
